Attitude Adjustment Tools

by Don Berg, Founder
Attitutor Services

Attitude adjustment is a challenge.

My simple general definition of attitude is the orientation of one mind in the world of minds.

This means that in order to accomplish attitude adjustments you have to know these three things:

  • your own mind,
  • the mind of others,and
  • how to synchronize minds.

It is from this kind of perspective that I have begun to assemble a variety of tools that teach attitude.

I am organizing the tools into basic, advanced and mastery levels as if it is a game.

  • Basic Attitude Adjustment provides the most fundamental skills that simply allow you to play the game.
  • Advanced level enables you to begin to develp some skills and strategies within the game.
  • Mastery level enables you to truly understand the dynamics of the game and create variations that transcend the original game.

Basic:

  • Knowing Your Own Mind

    • Wild Divine Project: Learn meditative techniques via biofeedback controlled video games.

    • Cellerciser: Use gravity to your advantage by exercising every cell in your body simultaneously.

  • Knowing Other Minds

    • Emotional Expression Training Tools: Professor Paul Ekman's Micro Expression Training Tool And Subtle Expression Training Tool (Apparently not currently available.)

    • Mind Reading: University of Cambridge's comprehensive emotional volcabulary tool.

  • Synchronizing Minds
