How to get the most out of your vacation allowance

Monday 25 March - Thursday 28 March and Tuesday 2 April - Friday 5 April

She will leave the office on Friday, March 22, and return on Monday, April 8.

Tuesday 7 May - Friday 10 May or Tuesday 28 May - Friday 31 May

May is a great month to take advantage of as there are two bank holidays.

Simply book the Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays after the bank holiday, and this will give you a week off work using just four of your vacation days.

Tuesday 27 August - Friday 30 August

The same idea works for the summer bank holiday, too. You can enjoy a week off during the summer by booking the Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays after the bank holiday.

You can also use more of your allowance and book the previous week to enjoy two weeks of continuous rest.

Monday 23, 24, 27, 30 and 31 December and 2 and 3 January 2023

You can enjoy 16 days out of the office if you book these dates.

This will give you full time off, as you leave the office on Friday December 20 and return on January 6, 2025.
