This was no ordinary weekend on the course. From January 19-22, Country Stars competed in the 2023 Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions alongside LPGA Tour pro winners, sports and entertainment celebrities including country stars Lee Brice and Michael Ray.

“It’s my freshman year, but I’m so excited. I’m absolutely obsessed with golf and competition, so this is a great week for me,” said Lynn. country now After his first day on the course at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club in Orlando.

“I had some good holes, and I had some bad holes,” he joked, before adding hope he’d score more points over the remainder of the weekend.

This year’s group of golfers competed for a total purse of $1.5 million. The tournament was held over four days and was broadcast on The Golf Channel, Peacock and NBC.

On the celebrity leaderboard, the “Dancin’ In The Moonlight” singer holds a strong position among his competition, proving that his regular visits to the Green have helped him build his skills and stand out on the course.

“I feel fortunate to be a part of this event,” he said. “I didn’t really know what to expect, but I’ve heard from a few friends who’ve played in the past that they absolutely loved it and it’s been a fun week. So to say I’m excited would be an understatement. I’ve been looking forward to this for a long time.”

Getting a chance to enjoy some warm weather and a weekend of doing the sport he loves was just what he needed now that life is so busy at home. The country star and his wife welcomed their newest addition, Baker, to the family on Sunday (Oct. 16).

Chris Lane revealed that among the huge amount of excitement splattered in the house, there were still plenty of challenges thrown at them. So far, Chris and Lauren have found the hardest part has been trying to get enough sleep while also working their boys into their nightly routine.

“I used to get used to not sleeping, but then our little boy started sleeping a little better. So, a new baby sprinkle has us taking a step back with sleep. Now our son, Dutton, has definitely taken a step back with his sleep, too. So,” he candidly said. We are very tired.”

Lin also shared that after an unexpected trip to the emergency room earlier this month, his boys are doing well and fully recovering from the effects of the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).

“Everyone’s fine. It was obviously a very scary week and a half, two weeks, because Dutton got it first and then got him to Baker and he ended up in the emergency room, you know, he wasn’t breathing very well. That was a scary moment, but he’s doing a much better job.” We feel blessed that he came out so well.”

While Kris Lane enjoyed spending a lot of time at home and helping Lauren with all the ups and downs that happened with the kids, he said he’s also eager to get back on stage in front of his loyal fan base.

“I get to spend some time off the road, but once I’m back out there, Lauren and the kids can always get out on the road any weekend they need or want. We’re not really sure how to handle it yet, but when I get back to touring and Lauren wants Come out, we’ll find out.”

He added, “Every time I’m not on the road, I always miss her. My favorite part of being an artist is performing live.”

Luckily, Lynn gets to take a few days off each week to be as creative as he can be with his songwriting.

Many listeners are left feeling hopeful that new music may be coming out in the near future after a recent post on social media, in which the North Carolina native gave fans a glimpse into what his year is like and teased that he’s been typing so much.

“I have been writing as much as I can. I will continue to do so early in the year here because I am taking a short vacation.” country now. “No plans really yet. I just want to make sure I get the songs right at the end of the day and not try to rush the process, but just try to keep putting out good music. Hopefully people like it and they’ll keep showing up at concerts and singing all songs”.
