Laughing Peace Camp

Attitutor Services Please participate in this public survey to gauge interest in holding a Peace Camp in Portland for kids on the East side of Portland. The camp is described in detail on the second page of the survey. Here's the gist: Peace is participation. This camp is about combining three things to inspire children to become leaders in the participatory global peace emergence: 1) the wisdom of children who had experienced violence and identified the opposite of it in their lives as reported in “Seeing Beyond Violence: Children as Researchers,” 2) the uniquely urban opportunity to create participatory events in public as demonstrated by Improv Everywhere, and 3) the power of internet videos on crowd-funding sites to enable kids to pay it forward by raising funds for more kids to have a similar opportunity.
